When you use feasm, we collect information you provide directly (name, email, preferences) and data generated through usage (QR scans, campaign participation, restaurant visits, device and location data).
We use your data to operate the platform, personalize your dining experience, manage loyalty campaigns, provide analytics to partner restaurants, and improve our services.
Partner restaurants receive aggregated and anonymized analytics about campaign performance. They do not receive your personal contact information unless you explicitly opt in.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also object to processing or request data portability. Contact us at hi@feasm.com to exercise these rights.
By using feasm, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Feasm provides digital menu access, loyalty campaign participation, and restaurant discovery. We do not process payments or handle food orders directly.
You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform in good faith, and not attempt to manipulate campaigns or exploit the reward system.
Partner restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of their menu content, campaign terms, and honoring rewards earned through feasm.
Feasm is provided as-is. We are not liable for restaurant service quality, campaign changes, or any indirect damages arising from platform use.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
